Hi,
I heard starving yourself slows your metabolism down. You want to eat small meals every 3 hours. If you can't get in a breakfast, grab a snack bar with protein in it, it beats skipping breakfast. Make sure to eat protein at every meal and do muscle toning every other day. For every pound of muscle you have on you, your body requires 50 calories more to maintain it. Protein requires more calores to digest it than carbohydrates and fats. Protein requires about 25 calories to digest per 100 calories. Fats and carbs require about 15 calories per 100 calories. Also protein helps build muscle. Also drink a smoothie for a meal. You will have more energy and it will help you lose weight. You can put yogurt or milk, or soymilk in it for protein and get in good nutrition quickly. It helps to do an aerobic workout for at least 30 minutes everyday. Switch from white bread to wheat bread, and eat lot's of fiber to help you feel full. I went from 162 pounds to 148 pounds trying these techniques and I look more toned as well. Remember, muscle does weigh more than fat, but it will burn fat, so the scale may not be an accurat measure of fat loss. I reccommend getting a tape measure and measuring your waist. Good luck to you.

I somehow stumbled onto this site, read it, and feel compelled to help you both out. First, I must confess... I am a chicken when it comes to taking anything pill wise, drink wise and etc... but I do read a magazine called "Women's World" and each week there's always great tips and information to be found. A couple of weeks back, there was a story about Tea. I read it, and thought .. what the heck... so I went to the site, studied it for a few days, then ran into a good friend who is a doctor. Told him about it, he told me try it, it won't hurt me and yes, they have studied the affects of it and all appear to be good. So I went to www.wi-yi.com and ordered some. Arrived, I made a cup... humm this is good, and even though I like sugar I could drink this without using sugar, but I didn't. I ran 6 cups water through coffee maker, used 3 tea bags and drank 6 cups through out the day, on the 4th day, I noticed I had lost 3 pounds. I am losing a half apound a day drinking this Tea. I thought this is great, sit on my butt and do nothing and lose weight. Then, for 5 nights I walked around 2 blocks, I lost a pound each day... I've lost 15 pounds and havent changed my diet yet... that's next. If you want to know how to gain weight... email me, there's a special mix we in the medical field give to people who have problems gaining, it does work... as I had to use it myself to gain 25 pounds 6 years ago... Good luck to both of you.

You will if you do it right. Last time I did this I shelled out $500 for a personal trainer so I did go a little overboard. Good luck to you sir. I'll likely post udpates bi-weekly.
